What happens to submitted information?

Contact information is stored in the private Odoo database and is used for the requested contact or booking. Do not include health information or other sensitive details. Live payment features remain disabled until configured and legally approved.

Before a live service

The published service must identify the responsible business and explain how contact and booking details are handled, the relevant service providers, retention periods and your rights. Confirmed fees, rescheduling and cancellation terms must be available before a paid booking.

For young people

An enquiry does not confirm a session. Prior discussion, verification of appropriate written consent and voluntary participation are required.
